We warrant that our scooters are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agree to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor. Scooters have a 30 day warranty period except clearance, shop and demo models sold at a discount which are always sold AS IS. However, we always look after our customers, so please contact us if you have any problems. Disclaimer: This is scooter is a vehicle, not a toy. Always wear protective padding and helmet when riding. Children should always be under adult supervision while riding this electric scooter. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while using this scooter. The owner/operator is responsible for abiding by all applicable local laws concerning the operation of this vehicle. Shipping: Normally it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, then it will take 1-6 business days to arrive (depending on location, see picture below to find the transit time).  |
